VP of Manufacturing

Russ Louisiana joined New Berlin Plastics in 2022. Russ brings with him 30 years of manufacturing experience across a broad list of technologies with a concentration in rubber and plastics injection molding and extrusion. Russ has over 20 years of continuous improvement experience including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification as well as being a certified Lean Leader. Russ earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University - Mankato.
