Wondering how we get so much done? NBP has made a major commitment to internal automation expertise. It’s a core part of how we manage our business.
Unlike many plastic injection molders our size we’ve developed the capabilities to build, program, install, and manage our robotic systems. Our automation and manufacturing engineers build and deploy our own end-of-arm tooling, shuttle tables, and other automation equipment. They also 3D print many of our automation components, saving our customers time and money.
This approach gives us significant advantages in speed and flexibility compared to working with third-party vendors. It also helps reduce the impact of challenging labor markets on our business and enables us to focus our employees on higher-value tasks.
