Manufacturing Engineer

We are searching for an experienced career minded  Manufacturing Engineer to join a dynamic team of individuals committed to growing our business.  In this newly created position you will have an opportunity to apply your knowledge and assist in defining this new role.

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for determining parts, tools, and processes that achieve manufacturing goals that meet customer specification. The initial focus will be to assess our current state of production methods and develop a future state that results in less waste and improved stakeholder satisfaction.

The primary responsibilities of the role are divided between new project launch and plant engineering. You will provide leadership and project management for secondary operations as projects progress from design to production.  In addition, contribute to the quote and launch phases of new business opportunities.

Cell Leaders 3rd Shift

Cell Leaders ensure the production of quality parts by training and monitoring operator performance, quality inspection, inventory control and shift end reports. This is a hands-on position. Basic computer skills, forklift certification, and team leader experience is a plus. One to 2 years of experience working in manufacturing is preferred.

Operators 3rd Shift

Entry level position. Inspect, assemble and package plastic components.
