Business Development Manager

Phil Hackbarth joined New Berlin Plastics in April 2026 as a Business Development Manager, bringing more than 20 years of manufacturing sales experience. Throughout his career, Phil has partnered with OEMs across a wide range of industries, representing products that include plastic, vinyl, and metal building materials, as well as heavy-duty forgings for industrial, construction, mining, and aerospace applications.

His diverse manufacturing background enables him to understand the technical, commercial, and supply chain challenges customers face, helping them identify solutions that improve quality, reduce risk, and support long-term success.

Phil earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
