Business Development Manager

Karl Held joined the New Berlin Plastics team in 2006 as a Press Operator before taking on a position with the sales team in 2012. Karl worked as a Sales Analyst and managed marketing initiatives while pursuing degrees in Marketing and Psychology from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. After completing his undergrad, Karl took on his current role as Business Development manager. In January of 2019 Karl earned his MBA from Lubar School of Business at University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
