Joy Hertlein joined the New Berlin Plastics team in 2001 and is responsible for all finance and accounting functions. Joy is a CPA as well as a CGMA, and has over 30 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Joy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire.
